NEC is committed to supplying its customers with innovative solutions that satisfy their requirements. Our objective is always to meet or exceed their expectations.

We operate to a formal Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements of BS EN 9001.

The key elements of this strategy are:

- A strong management commitment to quality

- Recruitment and retention of high calibre, experienced, well trained staff

- Appropriate documented processes, procedures and controls

- An ethos of continual improvement and challenge

- Meeting all necessary legal and regulatory requirements The QMS and Quality Policy are regularly reviewed by the Quality Working Group under the guidance of the Management Team.

At each quarterly management review, objectives and improvements are established and a review of previous targets is undertaken.

It is the policy of NEC to employ a UKAS approved accreditation company (currently BSI) to assess the QMS, designs and products in accordance with the applicable standards, regulatory requirements and associated EU Directives.
